There are thousands of Europeans, <strong>mostly women<\/strong> caring for a family member with support needs, for example older people or persons with disabilities. Many of them are <strong>out of the labour market<\/strong> and face challenges in accessing <strong>adequate resources<\/strong>, <strong>support services<\/strong> and <strong>social benefits<\/strong>.
