An opportunity to take stock of this year spent together and also to discuss the future collaboration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the months, one observation has emerged: in order to consolidate the &#8220;Simplon method&#8221;, it is necessary to <strong>strengthen the recruitment process for trainers <\/strong>from Simplon factories. As a result, the partners have put in place<strong> three tools<\/strong> to make this process more fluid and efficient:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A <strong>recruitment toolkit<\/strong>&nbsp;in three steps: <em>attract <\/em>the candidate, <em>evaluate <\/em>the candidate, <em>welcome <\/em>the candidate in the structure.
