Reconciling a secular vision of the workplace and <strong>respect of diversity <\/strong>and personal religious choices of an employee is no easy task.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The toolkit aims to support employers to identify the main challenges and barriers of accommodating religious minorities in European workplaces and <strong>how to practically respond <\/strong>to those challenges, also providing <strong>good practices <\/strong>by employers.
